About Pontus
Pontus is specialised in dispute resolution and has acted as counsel in a large number of cases. He has worked both big and small, representing multinational corporations in international arbitration under the ICC, SCC and UNCITRAL arbitration rules as well as small companies in local courts. Pontus also has experience from the other side of the bar, both as judge in Swedish courts and as arbitrator.
Pontus has broad experience as advisor in business relations that have gone wrong, such as shareholders in times of internal conflict, and is frequently asked to provide general legal advice in matters relating to commercial law.
His work has often involved other legal systems than Swedish law and Pontus has conducted a significant part of his work in English. Besides English, he also has good knowledge in French and Spanish.
