About Emil
Emil is specialised in litigation, especially within construction law, property law, company law and tort. He has extensive experience as litigation counsel and has also advised clients on general commercial legal issues. He is also experienced in inheritance law and the economic aspects of family law.
Emil has been involved in several high profile cases. He was assistant counsel in the Lindöpark case (ECJ case number C-150/99) and lead counsel in the Lundgren case, NJA 2005 p. 462.
He has also published articles in Svensk juristtidning and in Juridisk tidskrift.
