About Anita
Anita is specialized in dispute resolution, intellectual property law and research cooperation agreements. She has extensive experience on advising clients on IP strategies and agreements as well as of enforcing IP rights, especially trademarks, patents, copyright and design rights.
Anita also has specialist knowledge about the Swedish and EU legal frameworks that regulate agreements between companies, universities and inventors on research cooperations and research financing, including ownership and confidentiality issues.
